CAPITA FIDUCIARY GROUP ACQUIRES LUXEMBOURG CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER
Capita Fiduciary Group has further enhanced its presence in Luxembourg by the acquisition of the businesses of P.A.L. Services S.à r.l., and through P.A.L. Services S.à r.l., of the domiciliation activities of the law firm of Céline Pignon, known as Pignon & Associates Luxembourg, which were transferred to P.A.L. Services S.à r.l. immediately prior to the acquisition (collectively referred to as P.A.L.).
Based in Luxembourg P.A.L. provides a whole range of corporate services to an international client base.
It is intended that P.A.L. be merged into, and fully integrate with, the existing Luxembourg business, Capita Fiduciary S.A, which is part of Capita Fiduciary Group, a provider of fiduciary services to private, corporate and institutional clients with offices in Luxembourg, Jersey, London, Ireland and the Netherlands.
This is the second acquisition that Capita has made in Luxembourg. Last July it acquired Fidei Fiduciaire S.à r.l.
